My ALT SUMMIT 2024 Art installation was an EGG-straordinary success! Watching ladies smash through their barriers that have been holding them back was powerful! Some were timid at first barely letting the paint filled eggs leave their hands. I made them throw it again and again until they truly let loose and felt the power of EGG-spression.
My divorce is still not finalized, my kiddos are still irreparably torn from trying to make sense of their truths and new realities. A few things that I’m certain of:
- WE are WAY more POWERFUL than we know
- EGG-spression is sorely NEEDED in our lives
- All EMOTIONS are VALID
- ABUSE thrives in SECRECY & SHAME
Check out some of my previous blog posts below! When I wrote them I was still under the guise that my physical ailments were caused purely by my genetics. I didn’t yet see clearly that the constant stress of my most important relationship was the core cause of my ailments. My relationship with MYSELF!
Be good to yourselves! Believe your intuition before you get to the point where you cannot handle another ounce of discomfort! EGG-spress yourself even if your voice shakes!
