Polaris Talent is a recruiting-as-a-service company that also offers strategic HR consulting. They are at the intersection of PEO and RPO. Their brand identity started with the business of bringing tech people together. Therefore, their original mark of a circle of people that also creates the outline of a compass was an inevitable solution. The compass along with it’s north star, was originally designed as a show of Wisconsin pride. Polaris is headquartered in Racine and their 2020 rebrand added the lighthouse to further embrace their midwest values.
